What is concrete resurfacing?
Concrete resurfacing bonds a new decorative wearing surface to an existing, structurally sound slab. The concrete is cleaned and profiled, cracks are treated, and a polymer-modified cement overlay, texture, microtopping or stain is applied and sealed. The structure stays in place; only the surface is renewed.

Is your concrete a candidate?
Resurfacing works when the slab is stable. Fading, staining, crazing, hairline cracks and light scaling are all fixable with a new surface. Sunken, heaved or crumbling slabs aren't — the overlay would follow the movement. We don't pour or replace concrete, so we'll give you a straight answer during the estimate.
Why resurfacing makes sense in Northeast Georgia
Our red clay soil swells and shrinks with the seasons, summers are hot and humid, and pollen and leaf tannins stain everything. Those forces attack the top of the slab first, which is why so many local patios and pool decks look far worse than their structure really is. Resurfacing fixes the part that failed — the surface.
